Users who cannot access their account

   Check that you are using the registered email address and the correct password.

   Use Forgot password to request a reset link, then open only the newest message.

   If verification is pending, resend the verification email; contact support if access still fails.

• Never share a reset or verification link.
• A completed password reset does not bypass email verification.
