Users responding to open cases

   Confirm the case is open and eligible and is not owned by your account.

   Select a company you own whose category matches the case.

3. 3

   If you select an expert, confirm the expert belongs to you and its specialty matches the case category.

• Proposal usage is counted according to the canonical plan enforcement used by the submission workflow.
• Pending or accepted proposals from the same company on the same case block another active duplicate.
