Who this is for

Signed-in companies and service providers

Open an eligible case that you do not own and select a company owned by your account.

Ensure the company category matches the case; if selecting an expert, use one belonging to you with a matching specialty.

Submit within your plan allowance and track the proposal from My Proposals.

The company is mandatory and the expert is optional.
Pending or accepted proposals from the same company on the same case block another active duplicate.

Signed-in users can create a tracked support ticket. General enquiries can use Contact.
